2. Incomplete
/ Extra forms. (Total number of forms allotted are not same with the submitted.)
3. Incomplete
fields.
4. In any
form, if the fields are not matching.
7. If you are
not mentioned the Folder No. and ID No in the subject while sending the job
work.
8. Not
followed the specifications.

SOFTWARE COST AND ADMINISTRATION CHARGES Rs.3000-00 ONLY
If the person
achieves above 95% Continuously 3 times the SOFTWARE FEE Rs.2000/- will be refunded.
If a person does not achieve 75% accuracy continuously
two PROJECTS such ID’s will be cancelled without any
information.
If a person does not submit work two times continuously
such ID’S will be cancelled with out any information.
Accuracy is calculated for WHOLE PROJECT. Not for
single FORM.
